Exposed: Raila Odinga's Big Secret To President Uhuru Kenyatta Revealed

A former special advisor to CORD leader Raila Odinga has unearthed a quite interesting proposal that he claims the former Prime Minister was set to present to President Uhuru Kenyatta ahead of the 2017 General Election.
Nominated MP Isaac Mwaura, who served as Odinga's advisor on special interests groups, alleged that the Opposition leader was intending to have Mr Kenyatta as his running mate in the 2017 elections since he (Uhuru) was "young to retire after two terms". According to Mwaura, Odinga told him that he was only interested in one term in office and so in 2022 he would step down and support Kenyatta for Presidency for the next two terms. “Raila Odinga had suggested to me that Uhuru Kenyatta be his running mate in the next elections arguing that Uhuru will retire so young and will have nothing to do. If this were to work, Uhuru would be Raila's running mate for one term and then he could run for another two terms since the Constitution only talks of two consecutive terms,” Mwaura claimed. Mwaura, who was recently expelled from ODM party, further divulged that Odinga also wanted to push for the creation of the Prime Minister post in order to get into Government if the first plan failed. “The other option he had was to create the position of premier, a rather ineffectual position having served as an advisor there. So some desperation that I am sure will inform the so-called NASA negotiations,” Mwaura said. The legislator blamed the Opposition leader for being conniving in his politics highlighting that he could never be Kenya's saviour. "After having worked with this guy for over 10 years, I know him only too well. I thought he is the messiah to Kenya and I sadly concluded way back in 2014 that he is really not the alternative." "He is the only guy I had ever voted for as President. His political ideology is only for purposes of capturing state power. Now his scheme is to isolate the Kikuyu and Kalenjin with the rest of Kenya akin to the 2007 game plan," Mwaura added. Mr Mwaura was among 10 ODM leaders who were expelled from the party for defecting to Jubilee other political vehicles. Here are the Facebook posts which have since been deleted:
