In attendance was the ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi, Ford-Kenya Moses Wetangula and Wiper party Kalonzo Musyoka.

While speaking to Daily Nation, Kiminini legislator Chris Wamalwa disclosed that charity Ngilu the former lands minister and KANU Chairperson Gideon Moi have finally agreed to join NASA. He went further to say that KANU has joined the coalition at the right moment since this is the right place to be. KANU has also been noncommittal in deciding which vehicle to board in the much anticipated general elections. This means that the party has been weighing options on which side to support but has finally made its mind.
