Kenya African National Union (KANU) party led by Baringo senator Gideon Moi has decided to support President Uhuru Kenyatta in the coming general elections.
This move comes after the party held a consultative meeting which lasted more than four hours. The meeting was convened by the KANU governing council. In attendance was Nick Salat (secretary General), GIDEON Moi (Party leader) among other leaders.
This decision comes in the backdrop of the heightened rivalry between Gideon moi and DP William Ruto on who commands the rift valley region.
