Raila Odinga Makes The Following Allegations Concerning Manipulation Of The IEBC Database

CORD leader now claims that the BVR database use by IEBC has been manipulated to create room for ballot stuffing during the August 8th general elections.

Raila Odinga further alleged that the manipulation of the IEBC registration system was done by former employees affiliated to Jubilee coalition. “We have unearthed serious anomalies in the on-going voter registration that bring to questions the integrity of the register being compiled and the figures being released by the IEBC,” said Raila.

  According to the statement issued today by the former premier, there have been numerous attempts to tamper with the registration exercise thus giving an indication that Jubilee strongholds are still leading.

For instance, the system has been altered in such a way that both single and double figures have been used to register voters instead of using the normal 8-figrue used in ID numbers.

 His statement read “A random check shows that the following numbers 0 00 1 2 11 12 231 111 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 40 have been used as national identification to register voters”. Raila Odinga also alleged that thousands of voters had been enlisted to in the IEBC database to create room for ballot stuffing during the August 8th elections.
