While addressing residents at Mumias in Kakamega County, the Amani National Congress Leader retaliated that he was the one who came up with the NASA idea and then invited other leaders.
He went further to say that he is the best candidate who can unseat President Uhuru Kenyatta come 2017. At some point he was recorded saying that “I came up with NASA and invited my friends Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula Gideon Moi, Isaac Ruto among others to help me unseat president Uhuru Kenyatta come 2017.I therefore urge Kenyans to come out in large number to register as voters.
This will help many Kenyans to vote NASA and then kick out Jubilee in 2017 General elections. He went further to say that Jubilee government has totally failed since they are corrupt, inept, and have also failed to bring unity among Kenyans.
No agreement though was reached that other opposition leader have joined NASA to back him for presidency. Negotiations have been going on between Raila Odinga, Kalonzo , Mudavadi and Ruto on how the available positions will be shared.
