Chaos At Bomas Of Kenya As Youths Attempt To Disrupt The NASA Meeting

On Wednesday morning, a group of rowdy young men and women attempted to disrupt the long –awaited launching of the National Super Alliance (NASA) by the opposition at the Bomas of Kenya.

The angry confrontation was finally restored and normalcy resumed though it was not clear on who was behind such act. Among the leaders who are likely to grace the meeting is the CORD Co-principals Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula and Kalonzo Musyoka.

Additionally, the Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi and Baringo senator Gideon Moi will be among the leaders who are likely to attend the meeting. Siaya senator James Orengo and Tongaren MP Eseli Simiyu on Monday this week said that the country will soon expect a massive opposition movement which is most likely to bring down the Jubilee government of August 8 elections this year.

Mr. Orengo further indicated that the meeting is the starting of the new course whose main agenda is to beat President Uhuru Kenyatta in the next general elections. Over 4000 opposition leaders drawn across political parties such as Wiper Party, ODM, Ford Kenya and ANC have already arrived at the Bomas of Kenya for the much anticipated talks
